I enjoyed the clean rooms and the comfortable bed, making my stay truly relaxing as I explored the nearby Central Park Plaza, just a 15-minute walk away, and the charming Glenrose Park North, which is only about 3 km from the hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. We were greeted daily with a warm breakfast full of delightful options, making our mornings special. Patrick in the kitchen was particularly memorable, adding a fun twist to the dining experience.

However, the check-in experience was frustrating, despite using the app. We faced long lines and unexpected agreements that felt unnecessary. The lack of proper signage for parking made the arrival quite confusing and inconvenient.

It was a great fit for spending the night in Valparaiso with great value for the money. The front desk staff was helpful in giving directions to local attractions. Bring your own snacks since breakfast options are limited.

Room cleanliness was disappointing upon check-in.

Positive, The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of gluten-free options. I enjoyed the make-your-own waffles and the fresh fruit selection. The coffee was available all day. The staff in the breakfast area were notably friendly and helpful. I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking.

absolutely loved the fresh coffee bar, but oh wait, why was our room the tiniest and messiest I’ve seen ever? and your renovations? do I really need to hear jackhammers at 6 am? also, after all that commotion, not even a complimentary gesture! almost gave a proper review, but just couldn’t. dissapointing.

I was extremely disappointed to find that the hotel's entrance was hidden due to extensive renovations, and poor signage made it difficult to locate. Additionally, the room was not what I expected. it was a handicapped-accessible room with a shower that made me nervous about flooding. The smell of chemicals in the hallway and room was off-putting, making my stay feel uncomfortable.
