I enjoyed the clean rooms and the comfortable bed, making my stay relaxing as I explored the nearby Central Park Plaza, just a 15-minute walk away, and the charming Glenrose Park North, only about 3 km from the hotel.

Manager was dickhead. Will never use Booked.net again. Rate are higher than direct or other services

Pool was freezing cold. Hot tub barely warm. Our goal for the weekend was to let our grandson swim and we could not do that--pool, too cold.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We were greeted daily with a warm breakfast full of good options. Patrick in the kitchen was particularly nice.

The check-in experience was frustrating, despite using the app. We faced long lines and unexpected agreements that felt unnecessary. The lack of proper signage for parking made the arrival quite confusing and inconvenient.

The hotel was super clean and perfect for our family! We loved how accommodating they were with breakfast options, especially for allergies. It made our mornings good. We had a blast visiting Deep River Water Park close by!

My wife says that the remodeling work made the hallways a bit cramped and confusing.

The rooms were stylish and good sized with smoke detectors for our safety. The location was favourable for traveling around Valparaiso, close to great restaurants, college, and highways, an otherwise solid establishment, and restaurants or gas or conveniant stores.

I enjoyed the really good breakfast. The wide variety of choices was good, especially the make-your-own waffles. The indoor pool was larger than expected, with a wonderful spot for relaxation.

The customer service at the front desk could use some improvement. There were moments when I felt my requests were overlooked.

Loved the fresh coffee bar waiting for us when we arrived and the room was super cozy with comfy pillows! The indoor pool and leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. Just wish the parking area had better signage to find it easily 😊

Location: the hotel was just off restaurants and university as well as The Market. The employees at the venue were very attentive. The room by mirror.

The hotel offers an excellent variety of options for breakfast, including freshly made waffles and gluten-free bagels, made my mornings good and easy to start the day. The cute coffee bar was a lovely touch that I appreciated.

Positive, The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of gluten-free options. I enjoyed the make-your-own waffles and the fresh fruit selection. The coffee was available all day. The staff in the breakfast area were notably friendly and helpful. I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking.
